the staff was friendly and efficient during check in the process was very smooth. the breakfast offered a good selection of cereals breads and hot food options such as bacon and eggs. complimentary tea and coffee were available all day and night which was a plus. i found the greene king bar and restaurant onsite to have good food and service.

the pillows were too soft for my liking a firmer option would have been preferable

the staff was very helpful, especially at check-in! a super friendly night manager got me checked in really quickly. the bed was also large and very comfortable, appreciated after a long day.

the room could use some improvements. there wasn't much water pressure in the shower at all. i also noticed some stains on the carpet which wasn't ideal.

Check in was smooth. staff were friendly and got me sorted quickly. the free parking was also nice. breakfast had a decent selection. I especially liked the hot options available so early in the morning.

the air conditioning seemed a bit noisy. it made the room a bit cold during the night. the pillows also wasn't the best and seemed thin. it was difficult to get comfortable.
